State actors and private companies are accused of colluding to extract minerals and timber while suppressing local communities, exacerbating poverty and environmental degradation. The findings call for immediate accountability, urging the international community to impose targeted sanctions and support independent investigations.

Myanmar’s leaders must confront these abuses and restore basic rights, or face further isolation and legal repercussions. The report underscores the need for reparations and a comprehensive strategy to rebuild trust and justice for affected populations.
